A three-year sponsorship by The Alfred Mizzi Foundation will help the Kenosis Foundation’s youth formation hub in Valletta.
One of their programmes helps youths learn how to play an instrument and appreciate the beauty of music. Progress has been fast for the fifteen students that follow these courses. In fact, a group from Kenosis have participated in a Christmas concert at the St Paul’s Shipwreck church last month.
The Kenosis Foundation, which attracts some 75 youths from around Valletta and nearby Floriana, is housed in a converted old town house in St Ursula street, Valletta.
The brainchild of Valletta born Maurizio Lapira, the Kenosis project is filling a big gap in the social life of the city.
