Dar Reġina Pacis (DRP) provides long-term, stable social housing to families that are unable to live in the community.
Through the support of staff members, volunteers and community mentors, the families are able to gain the necessary skills and resources to live independently, once they leave DRP. Each vulnerable family is unique and has different and varying needs. The service at DRP is person and family-centred: the care provided aims to meet the needs of the specific family. The family is involved in all stages of the care planning and decision making process so that the service provided can target their particular needs, so that they can achieve independence.
TAMF sponsored the two kitchens of the two apartments they currently use to achieve their goals.
