The Alfred Mizzi Foundation plants saplings in coordination with Fondazzjoni Wirt Artna
Some 300 tree, bush and shrub saplings have been planted within the grounds of Fort Rinella, in coordination with Fondazzjoni Wirt Artna. The planting of these saplings, all indigenous species, was carried out with the full support of Ambjent Malta. Another tract of land within the Fort grounds has been earmarked for planting in the near future. This project falls within The Alfred Mizzi Foundation’s drive to plant thousands of trees across the Maltese islands. The Foundation is happy to consider opportunities for tree planting on privately owned land.
