The Alfred Mizzi Foundation responded to a request by Foodbank Lifeline to purchase a larger vehicle to facilitate the delivery of approximately 375 weekly food packs to their clients’ 6 different collection points.

The larger van was required due to the increase in individuals and families reaching out to Foodbank Lifeline for assistance, largely due to the repercussions of Covid19.

The Alfred Mizzi Foundation has been the major sponsor of Foodbank Lifeline for several years, supplying non perishable food items each month and had also previously donated a small van which will now be used to collect smaller donations and deliveries.
