'Caritas Malta once again teamed up with TAMF to provide thousands of meals to hundreds of households under the banner of Solidarity Meals. The provision of these nutritious meals, during the tough COVID-19 days, delivered daily by a team of generous volunteers, brought sustenance and solace to many.'

'To mark the centenary year of Alf. Mizzi and Sons Ltd, The Alfred Mizzi Foundation commissioned a public monument to commemorate the builders of Valletta, Gerolamo Cassar and Francesco Laparelli. This abstract, bronze monument located close to Renzo Piano's new parliament building is the work of Gozitan sculptor John Grima, and was cast at the Fonderia Nolana del Giudice, Napoli, Italy. 2015 also marked the 450th anniversary of the founding of Valletta'.

'The Dar il-Hena Foundation was responsible for setting up Malta's first Soup Kitchen and Night Shelter, Dar Papa Frangisku in 2017. This unique idea originated from The Alfred Mizzi Foundation who then teamed up with Caritas Malta and Government. Since then, two more Homes have opened their doors - Dar Marija Dolores for women and Reach that acts as a "springboard" for the homeless to enter back into Society. The Alfred Mizzi Foundation has furnished and equipped a dining room and kitchen as well as providing a chef and food provisions for all three homes. Hopefully, more and more commercial concerns will follow in The Alfred Mizzi Foundation's footsteps.'

'The Alfred Mizzi Foundation has spearheaded the support of our islands’ heritage and the environment since its inception in 2003. One of the first landmarks saved by Din l-Art Ħelwa, (National Trust of Malta) together with the Foundation was the picturesque Lunzjata fountain in Kercem valley, Gozo, an important wellhead built in 1698. Raising awareness by the Foundation garnered public interest in the Church of Our Lady of Victory in Valletta, the first church of Valletta, thus assisting Din l-Art Ħelwa to save it from abandon and decay. As a result, Din l-Art Ħelwa, was entrusted with the guardianship of the church and was able to establish a programme for much needed work. The Alfred Mizzi Foundation enabled Din l-Art Ħelwa to restore the five church altars, returning a good part of the baroque interiors to their former glory. All this, in a five-year programme, which spanned until 2015, coinciding with the 150th Anniversary of Alf. Mizzi and Sons Ltd., and the 450th anniversary of the founding of Valletta. In 2023 Din l-Art Ħelwa was able to launch its magnificent publication, ‘The Church of Our Lady of Victory, the First Church of Valletta’, with the aid of The Alfred Mizzi Foundation.'

'The Alfred Mizzi Foundation has been instrumental in supporting The Foodbank Lifeline Foundation in its mission to provide for individuals and families who cannot put food on the table for their families. Over the years, TAMF has generously donated food and supplies valued at circa €250,000 to The Foodbank. Moreover, TAMF responded to an appeal from The Foodbank Lifeline by donating two delivery vans to facilitate the distribution of non-perishable food items to various collection hubs across the Maltese Islands and the collection of substantial food donations from wholesalers, retailers, and businesses. Without the invaluable support of TAMF through its generous grants and donations, The Foodbank Lifeline Foundation would have struggled to fulfil its unwavering commitment to ensuring that hunger does not afflict any child or adult in need.'

'The St John’s Co-Cathedral Foundation is extending its museum to exhibit the largest set of tapestries of the seventeenth century. This artistic and artisanal masterpiece represents the Triumph of the Eucharist based on designs by Peter Paul Rubens. The St. John’s Cathedral Foundation, a non-profit making organisation, needs all possible support in this challenging project. The Alfred Mizzi Foundation have stepped forward to sponsor the interior design and set up of the Tapestry Chamber. Such support is most generous and highly commended as a gesture to preserve and exhibit his unique example of Maltese patrimony.'

'Il-Kċina ta Marta owes its inception to The Alfred Mizzi Foundation that provided all the equipment necessary to prepare, cook, pack, store and distribute solidarity meals for all families and individuals in need. 'Officially inaugurated in 2022, the Caritas Community Centre, is run by Caritas Malta, a church organisation, and houses all the non-residential community-based services. The building has been substantially supported by The Alfred Mizzi Foundation, whose most generous donation made it possible to re-purpose a building in Blata l-Bajda. This building was in a state of abandonment and required major reconstruction/refurbishment works. Over two thousand vulnerable persons benefited from the services offered by this centre in 2023 alone. Caritas considers The Alfred Mizzi Foundation to be a most generous and important partner.'
